My roommates and I are taking a trip tomorrow and so we had several things that needed to be mailed and we needed to pay our electricity bill (which is paid at the P.O.). So, while I went to my language lesson, the roomies headed off to the post office. When I got back, all the things were sitting on our couch... My roommates said the post office would not take them today, because apparently they were out of 5 and 10 cent pieces. The roommates told them that we could pay with exact change and they said no...come back in TEN days.... Oh, South Asia...
